Fundraiser Boutique for Lulu

Friends,

As you may or may not know, Liz Barnum-Badger is going through one of those life changing events we’re all scared to face. Her baby is fighting a genetic disorder that has caused advanced liver disease, requiring constant medical attention.

In attempt to help Liz through this difficult situation, we are having a boutique to raise money for this sweet family. We would love to have you all come to the boutique and get some of your Christmas shopping done. There will be over 20 vendors there with different items including... Chic Boutique jeans, Close to my heart scrapbooking, Glitter Toes, Layers, Its Sew Cute(girl clothing), Usborne Books(kid books), Pamper Chef, Swanky Hats, Scentsy, Cookie Lee Jewlery, Feel Beautiful Hair Products, Watches, Photography, Bows & Hats, Vinyl. Baby Bedding, and more.... There will also be a raffle with a bunch of great prizes & gifts. If you would like to donate any raffle items please contact Tabitha Rex before Dec 1st.

Please help us spread the word and invite anyone you know that might want to come or donate. You can forward this invite to their Facebook or just call them and have them come with you.

With an expensive liver transplant on the horizon, a donation account has also been set up through Zions Bank to help alleviate the financial burden associated with this kind of medical care. The account is called "Liver for Lulu". You can make a donation at any Zions Bank. Even small donations will go a long way. Please feel free to donate anytime.

For those that don't know Liz, she is one of my good friends and is in need of everyone's help. Her baby girl London was diagnosed with a disease called Alpha 1. She needs a liver transplant and her family is going to be overwhelmed with bills and on going treatment for baby London "Lulu". You have recieved this becuase you are my friend and if you are looking for something to donate to this Holiday Season, this is the perfect thing.

I think we can all agree Liz would be in our corner if we were going through a similar situation. Liz has always been willing to go out of her way to help others - please do what you can to help her and her family.

For more information go to http://liverforlulu.blogspot.com/. Please take a moment and look at the website to learn more. Also feel free to ask me any questions.

Kelly Clarkson Concert

Okay, this blogspot is really old. I had the pics loaded and haven't been a very good blogger lately, so here it is.

Dale won tickets to the Kelly Clarkson concert at UVU from one of his many outings to the golf course this summer. Luckily, he hates concerts because then I was able to take some fun girls (that would dance and sing) along with me. We not only witnessed Kelly's amazing voice but a double rainbow over her stage. Which, by the way was amazing. Thank you ladies and young ladies for coming with me. We will have to do it again.

Shayee, Madison and I dry underneath the metal awning, while watching everyone that was close get wet from the rainstorm. Seriously! They are adorable. Mikki and MadisonShaylee and Sabrina Here is the double rainbow. I couldn't get far back enough to get it in one shot, but below is the other side. So, just imagine it. The whole clan!I need a little girl.....someday!

James Blessing

I love that James has come into my life at this moment. I love that he binds my eternal family closer and stronger together. I love that James was given to Dale and I as a special gift that we will always treasure. Life is great.
(Below is his birth announcement; thanks to Suzanne and Tawnya...I love it)
Our little James is full of so much love. The second he sees your face or hears your voice he flashes the biggest smile that lights his whole face. I love this little man more every day I get to know him. Dale and I hope he never loses the affectionate personality that he has on others. He has this way of making you fall in love with him. I don't know if it's his beautiful big brown eyes or his perfection in his little baby face. All I know is he's my sweet baby James. I always tease Lincoln and say, "I am going to eat your faces." Linc replys back and says, "No Mommy we are special you can't." It's so amazing how much love you have for your children. I love how they love each other. I imagine life when they are older all the time. I am so grateful that they have each other in this journey of life. They look so handsome in their suits.
James Hudson Rex was blessed on June 7th at the Pointe Meadows Ward. It was a beautiful blessing that was meant for my sweet baby James. It was very personable to what Heavenly Father would want for him. I love my babies and am so grateful for my family and friends. I never knew life would be this great, I can't wait to see what the future holds.

Aunty Melinda and sleeping James. Do you see the drool? I wonder where he gets that from.
I now know how Heavenly Father loves all his children the same. I realized that He makes all of us feel like He loves us the most. If I can atleast give that piece to my children, to have them feel how much love I truly have for them, than I will be a happy Mother forever.
